I received Christ into my life at the age of 12. I began to help my dad in worship at the church he was pasturing. However at the age of 15 my life took a big turn.
One of my friends told me about a job that paid well, but didn't give me any other details. Because I really wanted to help my family out I said yes. Later I found out that it was to transport drugs. I wanted out but my friend said that he would kill me. One night late as we were making a drop in our boat the police started shooting at us. I jumped out of the boat and made it back to my village. There I asked my family to forgive me for what I had done. I met Brandon When He came to speak in our village and I met him as I took him to our village in our boat. When Brandon bought a ministry boat 2 years ago he asked me to drive it and guard it. Since 2013 David has been working with Pedro Shupingahua among the Maijuna tribe where they are currently discipling the new believers. While living in the Bora village I met my wife Deysi. We have 4 children, Sarai, Zamelith, Josué David and Deysi Gracia. |
